Security analysis

We help clients to understand the security risks they are likely to encounter and to design mitigation strategies. Intelligence analysis and threat assessment are fundamental to our approach. Working closely with clients, we identify vulnerabilities and address them systematically. Our solutions are proportionate to the threats and enable rather than hinder our clients’ businesses.

Our security analysis activities are varied, but include:

  • Threat assessments to be used as the foundation for security planning and development of mitigation strategies
  • Strategic and tactical intelligence analysis concerning hostile parties and their potential to impact upon clients’ activities
  • Strategic reviews of corporate security management processes including identifying policy requirements, management priorities, physical security vulnerabilities, local project security risks, training needs and resource issues
  • Security planning, development of emergency procedures and business continuity planning

 



Janusian designed and delivered a security awareness training programme for the 2,000 Middle East-based staff of a multinational company. The training, conducted in the region to minimise the impact on the company’s operations, was credited with the successful identification of a hostile surveillance against a company employee.
